Butterflies & Bees

During reading circle, the children built sentences on the chart.  After the words were decoded and sorted, we divided into groups to write the work.

The girls decided to gather together at the red easel.
(Crossed legs were also a group decision!)  The children were able to move around as needed, and manipulate the word cards, for easier eye-hand coordination.
